Jiang Dao and Han Xin in 1.3.1: triggers, transition and exit checks
The short answer
The Sep 24 version 1.3.1 notice changes three links in this build: Fengshen Yishun now grants its target tier × 5 levels immediately and still adds 1 to each later permanent level gain; Han Xin gains 2 permanent levels per allied Preparation or Engage trigger, or 4 after awakening; Yalian can target a most-equipped hero from any faction. Check those conditions before following a player’s Sunset Sea Han Xin route. High levels alone do not guarantee a result.
Read the three patch changes
- Fengshen Yishun targets one hero. Its new immediate grant is that hero’s tier × 5; the existing extra +1 on each later permanent gain remains. Han Xin is tier 4, so a tier-4 target receives 4 × 5 = 20 immediate levels from that card. This card calculation is not a match outcome.
- Han Xin’s level gain requires an allied hero to actually trigger Preparation or Engage: +2 permanent levels per trigger before awakening, +4 after. Buying or fielding a card with the keyword is not itself proof the effect triggered.
- Yalian’s Preparation now gives 2 levels to one most-equipped hero and 1 level to the Akomiya Core; after awakening, the effect triggers twice. The hero no longer has to be from Sunset Sea. If Han Xin is the intended recipient, check equipment counts; the notice does not specify tie-breaking.
Check the board before and after Han Xin arrives
- Keep enough health through the transition. TapTap player 不要昵称 describes Su Lie or Kuang Tie as early frontline, keeping Yalian at strategist level 2, then searching for tier-4 Han Xin when that shop stage is available. This is one player’s route; stabilize the current board if the card does not appear.
- After finding Han Xin, inspect his live card text, awakening state and equipment counts before assigning Jiang Dao’s Chosen Protagonist and an unlocked Fengshen Yishun. The player suggests that order, then seeking lifesteal and survival tools. Fengshen Yishun has an unlock condition, so do not assume it is already in hand when Han Xin arrives.
- Before combat, count the Preparation and Engage effects that will actually trigger, and confirm whether Han Xin is Yalian’s most-equipped target. After combat, distinguish permanent from temporary levels before committing more resources.
When to stop forcing this route
- If Han Xin has not appeared and your frontline or health cannot survive more searches, buy immediate strength. A later power spike cannot protect the transition by itself.
- If Preparation and Engage pieces are missing, or Han Xin is not Yalian’s most-equipped target, fix the trigger chain and item allocation first. In Miko’s Sep 26 updated personal lineup archive, the Jiang Dao–Han Xin variant depends on special equipment and omits Yun Zhongjun at seven units. Treat this as the creator’s lineup advice, not an official fixed roster.
- If Han Xin has many levels but is controlled or dies early, the player reports Donghuang Taiyi as a counter and recommends lifesteal or defensive items later. Adjust to the opponent’s board or pivot if survival tools are missing. This site has no independent win-rate or gameplay test for this build.
