Your first match: strategist, hero cards and decisions
The short answer
Finish training, then follow one official starter lineup. Each round, identify the missing card, the stage required, your energy choice, and what combat reveals.
Strategist versus hero
- The strategist changes economy or combat through its skill. Heroes are cards you buy, merge, and deploy. Similar names can exist in both catalogs.
- Hero tier, level, and awakening are separate properties. Do not assume another auto-battler’s star system applies.
- Official starter lineups include phase targets and alternatives. Keep one route for the first match.
A round-by-round habit
- Inspect the trigger chain before buying. A shared faction does not automatically create synergy.
- Read whether the strategist skill is active and whether it rewards buying, playing, merging, or combat.
- Before combat, review carry equipment and protection.
- After a loss, identify the cause before stabilizing or leveling; phase plans are guides, not commands.
Choose a first route
- Sunset Sea Preparation and Great River Totems introduce automatic growth; Entry and Tactical routes demand more card sequencing.
- Heluo Coins teaches concentrating resources on a carry. Choose based on the strategist and cards you receive.
