Three Kingdoms Entry
Cao Cao repeats Entry triggers; Cai Yan and Xiao Qiao convert plays into levels, then Lu Bu takes over damage.
Remember these three phases
- Open with Sun Shangxiang; level to 2 on round 2. Find Cai Yan, Cao Cao, and Zhao Yun, also the first auction priorities.
- Reach level 3 around rounds 4–5, awaken Cai Yan/Cao Cao, then level 4 around rounds 6–7 for Xiao Qiao before level 5.
- At level 5, find Lu Bu and transfer investment away from the temporary carry. Lu Bu and Zhou Yu are the second auction priorities.
Opening: build a bridge
Open with Sun Shangxiang; level to 2 on round 2. Find Cai Yan, Cao Cao, and Zhao Yun, also the first auction priorities.
Midgame: assemble the engine
Reach level 3 around rounds 4–5, awaken Cai Yan/Cao Cao, then level 4 around rounds 6–7 for Xiao Qiao before level 5.
Alternatives: Lady Zhen
Late game: complete the carry
At level 5, find Lu Bu and transfer investment away from the temporary carry. Lu Bu and Zhou Yu are the second auction priorities.
